Mr Rey Foo Jong Han (LLB.

Mr Foo had been a practising lawyer for the last 13
years. He practices professionally in the field of
civil litigation and corporate and commercial law.
He is now a partner of M/s K.S. Chia Gurdeep &
Param. Mr Foo holds a LLB Honours from University
of Buckingham and he went on to pursue LLM in Corporate
and Commercial Law at Queen Mary College, University
of London. He was called to English Bar as a Barrister-at-law,
Inner Temple in 1991, and later on was called to the
Singapore Bar in 1992. |

Mr Michael Lim

Currently a consultant on recreational and technical
dive-related services and providing consultation to
travel agents, tourism boards, dive operators, live
aboard operators and resorts. He has been a dive instructor
for 20 years and actively involved in the ongoing
technology of technical and rebreather diving. He
is responsible for the breakthrough of technical diving
in the South East Asian region, being the first to
set up a technical dive centre in 1994. |

Klaas Brouwer
IAHD President, TDI, SDI and PADI Instructor
Diving
since 1990
Klaas is a KLM (Royal Dutch Airline) Captain on the
Boeing 747-400 and an active skydiving instructor
examiner. Klaas was also a dive shop owner and an
active dive expedition leader. He led the O20 and
K16 Dutch Submarines Dive Expedition from 2000 till
now. |

Jack specializes in deep diving, he became interested
in mixed gas diving in 1990 and to date has written
Technical diving courses on nitrox, full face mask,
extended range diving and trimix diving. He has led
many expeditions to the South China Seas, Norway,
France and the USA including exploring the Andrea
Doria and Wilkes Barn Wrecks. |

dive master and a scuba instructor to be.

Martin Wong
Senior Dive Specialist & Trainer
An underwater specialist, diving instructor trainer
and lifesaving instructor. He has been an active
dive instructor for 13 years and operated his dive
center in 1991. He has trained many researcher and
biologist in the Malaysian Fisheries and Forestry
Department. He is the Underwater Rescue Trainer
for the popular Malaysian Resue 991 Civil Defense
Force. As a pioneer trainer in diving for the Chinese
community in Hainan Island, I will strive to build
with my team in FEIDA the best dive education program
that can lead our graduates to a new and exciting
career.
